Every Friday our Endeavour Renovation class helps out around the school, revitalizing our campus one step at a time. This past Friday (September 15th, 2017) was no exception. One of our teachers required new coat hooks in their classroom and needed assistance completing this task. Using a screwdriver would have been long and tedious, so our team decided to go with the “go big or go home” motto and use some power tools. With teacher supervision, students learnt how to safely handle a cordless drill, which drill bit to use for the specific screw, and what “righty tighty, lefty loosey” means. The end result was twelve new coat hooks being installed, and twelve new Endeavour Renovation Apprentices being made. Stay tuned for next Friday as our class embarks on a new project! Here are Jonathan, Mekeeda, Katie, and Chelsea -- renovating away!
