Our Curriculum
Learning and Evaluation Situations
We deliver our curriculum and both track and assess student progress through the use of Learning and Evaluation Situations (LESs), which is in the spirit of the MEQ's curriculum reform and inline with the practices prescribed therein. Instead of more traditional thematic or instructional units, our students learn experientially by navigating everyday situations using real-world skills in various Learning Activities constructed, differentiated, and adapted by our teaching staff. We assess mastery of those skills using summative checklists, which we send home at the end of each session.
