It's almost time for our annual talent show! Check out our flier for the Stars of Endeavour event (formerly known as The Dance Off). Caregivers, families, and friends are all welcome!!!
There will be two parties at Endeavour this month: a pasta lunch, provided by Place Cartier, on Thursday, December 14th & a pajama party on Friday, December 22nd. On December 14th, students will have the opportunity to participate in winter and holiday themed activities, and there will also be a dance in the afternoon -- there is no cost associated with the December 14th party. The pajama party on December 22nd will include a pancake breakfast, which costs 5$, and in the afternoon the entire program will gather in the gym to watch The Polar Express. Please note that December 22nd is a full day of school.
Every Friday afternoon, students have the opportunity to participate in activities for which they have signed up based on their individual interests. Students were able to choose from the four different activities offered, which include Art & Drama, Campus Improvement/Renovation, Fitness & Food Preparation, and Crafts & Computers. The group in Art & Drama (with Elisabeth and Erliza) made themselves a crown and then acted accordingly! Truly, they were Queens and Kings for a day!!!
The Endeavour team is looking forward to welcoming you all back on Monday, August 28. We hope you had a wonderful summer! Please remember that students may arrive as of 8:30, that class starts at 9:15, and also that school is closed on Wednesday afternoons for meeting. Students must bring their own lunch and snacks, and any medication should be in blister packs. Teachers will send home welcome letters in the coming weeks. Don't forget that all students will be working together on Communication Skills this session. Special reminder to students in room 16 at Place Cartier: your class on Friday will be held at Allancroft, so please arrange transport accordingly. Finally, stay tuned for the date of our centre's annual September BBQ.
